Mondays 1.30-3.00pm Wednesdays 9.30-11.00am Thursdays 6.30-8.00pm YOGA VINYASA FLOW: This drop-in class focuses on using the breath to quide movement in a flowing style. Vinyasa yoga will tone and strengthen the body, specifically concentrating on the legs, back and abdominals together with specific relaxation techniques for an overall sense of wellbeing. Beginners to intermediates welcome.
