LUNCHEON CLUB AT HNCC COMMUNITY CAFE : The cafe offers seniors the benefit of a wider choice of food (with consideration to diet requirements) by providing a 3 course meal for £3.00 We also offer the chance to stay on for our regular after-lunch activities, as well as door to door transport & snack/evening meal availability. FRESH 60 PLUS: FREE programme designed to help all people over 60 regardless of ability to find new ways to get fitter, improve their mobility & to stay healthy. 60 PLUS has a range of activities including gym session, classes for the more active & those you can do sitting down! GENTLE EXERCISE: Siobhan takes the drop-in class to help you maintain your mobility, fitness & circulation and all for FREE. For more information arrive at the class ten minutes before the start to speak to the tutor or call the Centre office on 020 7272 7201.

BINGO: 2 little ducks & legs 11! Why not test your luck & join HNCC’s friendly drop-in bingo session for only £3 per session including refreshments & prizes. For more information arrive ten minutes before the session starts or contact the Centre office on 020 7272 7201.

COMPUTERS FOR OVER 50s: Ongoing computer class for all levels covering the basics, including surfing the internet to access information, services & shopping as well as emailing to assist you in contacting relatives & friends. Wednesdays 1.30-3.00pm

 

COMMUNITY TEXTILE PROJECT: Whether your an accomplished ‘stitcher‘ or you’d like to learn to sew, join this friendly & informal group to learn & share new skills in making items such as simple soft furnishings &/or clothes for you or your family/friends. The drop-in group run by HNNP is open to all & is FREE for all! For more information arrive ten minutes before the start to speak to the tutor.

Wednesdays 12.00-3.00pm

SHOPPING ON THE BLUE BUS: Most Wednesdays HNCC organises shopping trips on the HNNP minibus for people who like to get out. Most trips are to local markets or shopping centres & include door to door transport by advanced booking. The list of destinations, times & costs are featured on the Bulletin Board, overleaf.
